What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise getting to know your local stores. People are always happiest when they do business with people they know. I know that both I and my staff enjoy helping our return customers and knowing them by name. My suggestion is to frequent a business like ours and get to know the people who work there. We typically bend over backwards for all of our customers but we tend to make sure that our repeat customers are well taken care of.
We provide services including music lessons, guitar and instrument repairs, and rentals for school band and orchestra. There are many businesses out there who provide these services. What makes us stand out is the longevity of our business. We have been in business for over 35 years, have a small staff of knowledgeable professionals, and know our customers when they come through the door. Bigger is not always better. We will not sacrifice personal service for size. That's just not the way you do business. We are here to serve our customers.
