Kierstyn was not committed to teaching or experienced in business. She was not committed to her scheduled weekly teaching dates. She charged me for lessons even when she didn't show up. I dismissed her and I had to ask to be refunded for all classes she did not show up for. She did not teach from music books just chords on the piano and guitar. I gave her one star for actually refunding me. I would not recommend her for piano or guitar lessons.

Leah matched me up with John Banks as my electric guitar teacher. The scheduling was easy (Thank you, Leah!) & I just had my first lesson with John. He's awesome! He's easy to talk to, really understood what I hope to accomplish, arrived on time and very prepared, showed me some great tips that made me feel so comfortable as an adult beginner, made sure that I understood my assignments this week, and played snippets of some of my favorite songs which really inspired me! I'm excited to learn from him and feel confident that he's the right teacher for me. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting fun high quality lessons. :)
