While I'm pretty handy around the house, I will not attempt to fix most plumbing issues. When our 45-year-old kitchen sink faucet disconnected from the stem, I called someone who, after two+ hours of work, said that his fix might only be temporary. If it failed, which it did two months later, he would have to install new sink fixtures and REPLACE THE SINK for several hundred dollars. He did not return my calls when I called about the failure. Meanwhile, I heard about Johnson Handywork. Lamart came to review the situation and give us a quote. We liked that he projected determination, self-assurance, and experience, so I made an appointment for his return. Meanwhile, he bought a few parts to replace corroded and damaged line connections and asked us to find a new faucet set to suit our needs - NO NEW SINK REQUIRED. Upon his return, he quickly started the work but encountered unexpected issues, which he speedily and inventingly overcame. During the whole process, he maintained an engaging and professional demeanor. We look forward to retaining his "Handywork" again.

Needed help getting a deep pocket door back on track. Lamart came, evaluated the situation, and provided a number of solutions and the approximate cost. He was able to fix the door in no time and offered to come back at a significantly reduced fee should it come off the track in the future. Will do business with Lamart again!
