Mr. Olivas responded to my request right away and was able to come out same day. He had the tools he needed to remove a broken toilet seat that was over tightened (being stubborn to remove) and completed the job quickly. He was pleasant, professional and efficient. I will definitely contact him again for additional handyman needs.
