Kris and her team arrived on time and completed the project ahead of schedule. The tile installers were the hardest workers we’ve encountered in a long time. Laughing and not complaining. They all seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Great personalities and very personable. Definitely would recommend! If I could give them more than 5 stars I certainly would.

Kristin was very easy to work with and helpful in picking out my carpet, making sure it was a good match to my decor and was what I wanted. The installation extremely smooth, precise and efficient work. Everyone was polite and considerate and I am extremely please with my carpet and of the way they put all my furniture back. I am so pleased that I am considering contracting a job for my kitchen. The feeling of being respected and dealt with honestly was an awesome experience.

Very friendly and charming. Not thrilled with the installation in a threshold. Carpet only meets tile on one side, on the otherside the space is visible to the slab below. Called and Kris and she responded right away and gave two reasons. 1. The way the carpet is woven in one direction this occurs because of the way it was laid out (by her installers?). 2. I was not to worry if it frayed because it is under warranty. The warrany form was fill in the blank with no details. Warrany covers the CARPET, not the installation. Nothing states the fiber content or style . Sadly Kris told me there was nothing she could do. Since this is a franchize with a subcontracted installer I guess I am stuck. Copare that to the wonderful transition in the last pictureon the left. I am disappointed that Kris "forgot to tell me this would happen after the job was done

Kate, I am super disappointed. Do you want me to send the installers back out to take another look? I never want a customer to ever think they are stuck. I can also fill out your warranty paperwork as well. I normally don’t fill out warranty paperwork, but if you think I should be filling it out, I can definitely do that. I apologize you were not happy with the install and I thought when I left you understood what I explained about the tufted carpet. If you did not, then I failed to articulate and would like another chance to make it right for you. Kris

There are few times in my life when I feel the need, or have the time, to write a really good review on someone. Kris at Floor Coverings international is worth this review and she is amazing!!! Her crew did an exceptional job and she went above and beyond to make sure I was always informed and I got everything I wanted. She did about 400 sq feet of floor tile and constructed 2 custom tiled showers for us. Having never gone through any construction before, I was weary of people taking advantage of us. Kris did a great job of walking us through the whole process, making sure I understood all the details and laid out every price detail before we started - and when finished, she didn’t ask me for one penny more. She gave me an unbelievable price, did an amazing job on the work, and gave exceptional customer service. You will not be disappointed if you choose her to get the work you need done, she is the hardest working woman and honestly I was sad when the job was completed because she was such a pleasure to work with. Thanks Kris!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all inclusive of every aspect of your project. We have a large selection of products and manufacturers at a range of price points so that we can design a project within your budget. Our design associates are well trained in measuring and estimating and will be able to quote your project immediately. We always offer our best, all inclusive pricing without a need for calls back to "the office" or a "today only offer."
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with an in-home consultation. Book an appointment, and we will handle the rest. Appointments can last from 30 min to 2 hours depending on how you like to shop. We will stay with you as long as you need to find a product that you love. Once we find the customized flooring solution that works for you, we agree to cash or payment terms and schedule your install.
