- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is relevant to what the client specifies is the condition of the home we are to clean but if the conditions turn out to be worse or better, the pricing will change accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I begin by getting to know their pet-peeves when it comes to cleaning and knowing which areas of the house are most important to them. Once we are familiar with the customers' wants and needs we then are able to provide the best service possible for that customer in order to not only gain their satisfaction but also their gratitude for doing a great job!
