- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more you have me do the less you pay! Its like a gift from me to you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing would be to analyze/asses the situation. I would briefly explain what I use and how long it takes to my client. I would give a short background story to all my clients so they know they hired the best guy for the cleaning!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been trained since summer of 2003. Summer time and weekends when I didn't have school, my father would teach me how to do it! We're in 2018 and its been 15 years since my training with my father who happens to have 35+ years of experience!
