She’s a very nice and polite lady, and her little 5-year-old daughter was absolutely adorable. I really wanted to like her work, but unfortunately, the cleaning was not what I expected for a deep cleaning service. She came at 2:30 pm and left around 5:30 pm because she had to pick up her kids, but a lot of things were left unfinished. The windows weren’t cleaned, there was still dust on the furniture, the floors weren’t mopped, the sheets weren’t changed (she said it’s not part of deep cleaning), and the kitchen was not cleaned at all. She has a great attitude, but the job just wasn’t completed — and since this is my Airbnb and I had guests checking in the next day, that was a big issue. I’m giving her 3 stars for being kind and respectful, but I really wish she had finished the full cleaning.

Bailey and her crew did an excellent job deep cleaning my rental property. They accommodated a tight schedule, arrived on time and the cleaning was thorough and well done. I would definitely use them again.
