What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the project I charge either an hourly rate or a flat rate depending on the size of the project
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with you first in your home to discuss the project, learn about your style, and determine a budget. I will then go back to my office and design your room. On our next visit I will provide the design and samples so you can envision what your space will look like. From there we can begin to order our products and think about installation day.
