- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive prices to match top professionals in AZ. Our prices include paint and material to complete job. See prices below(priced based on single story with standard 9 foot ceiling) Interior Walls: $1.45 a sq. Foot Walls and baseboards 1.50 a sq. Foot Walls, door and baseboards 1.60 a sq. Foot Walls, ceiling, baseboards and doors 1.70 a sq foot. Exteriors: 1.70 a sq foot(one story 2 color scheme) Cabinets: $65 per door and $60 per drawer(including faux drawers) and frame is included. Fan hanging: $80 each Light fixture replacement: $50 each
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone conversation/text/email (customer preference) is required. During this conversation, we obtain the estimated square footage of the home or business, we identify the type of service needed, and time of appointment that works for client. The initial appointment will consist of a free estimate and a timeline of how long the project is projected to take. At this time, dates and times of service will be established.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8+ years of training and experience from fellow professionals. We have worked on homes of new and old construction (interior and exterior), apartment complexes, restaurants, businesses, and more. We also have refurbished kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, replaced door handles, fans, and light fixtures.
