FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in straightforward, honest pricing with no surprises. Junk-removal pricing is generally based on the amount of space your items take in our trailer, the labor involved, item weight, accessibility, and disposal costs. Landscaping and handyman projects are priced according to the scope of work, materials, crew size, and estimated time required. Heavy materials, oversized items, appliances requiring special disposal, or jobs involving stairs, long carrying distances, or difficult access may cost more. We explain any additional charges before beginning the work. Photos are often helpful for providing an initial estimate, with final pricing confirmed after we review the complete job. We also offer savings for certain recurring services and a neighbor-referral discount for ongoing landscaping customers. Ask us whether any current discounts apply to your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning exactly what the customer needs, when they would like the work completed, and whether there are any access concerns or special instructions. Customers can send photos and project details so we can provide an initial estimate and determine the proper equipment, materials, and crew size. Once the scope and pricing are agreed upon, we schedule a convenient service time. When our team arrives, we confirm the work with the customer before getting started. We then complete the project carefully, clean the work area, and conduct a final walkthrough whenever possible to ensure the customer is satisfied. Clear communication is maintained from the first message through completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on work completing junk removal, property cleanouts, debris hauling, landscaping, irrigation repairs, handyman projects, deliveries, and property maintenance throughout Arizona. Since starting AZ Junk Masters in 2020, we have continued developing our skills through real-world experience and by learning the safest and most efficient methods for completing each type of project. Our team is trained in safe lifting, loading, trailer operation, equipment use, jobsite awareness, and protecting customers’ homes and property while we work. As a veteran-owned company, we also bring military values—including discipline, accountability, teamwork, and attention to detail—to every job.
