We are a hyperbaric chamber company and had someone come out to set it up for a medical clinic. I mentioned to Dustin that I was a point person for any questions or issues as I facilitate this for our medical clinics and they are not trained in setting up hyperbaric chambers. The installer did not contact me and went to the customer so this ended up taking longer which was a big bummer.
