- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To keep the traveling cost down, I try to work with my clients to book more shows close to an area if its more than an hour away, thus the clients end paying for the cost of the assembly only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Answer all my customers questions and I am flexible enough to work with them to meet their needs and expectation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former school teacher, thus I understand what students and teachers needs in an inspiring, motivating and entertaining assembly. I also have over 20 years experience in basketball entertainment, and currently hold 5 Guinness World Records which I use to convince my clients that I know what I am talking about - what it takes to succeed through practice.
