When my husband and I interviewed Laura, and held a Meet and Greet with our senior chocolate lab and senior golden retriever, we were immediately impressed! At the time we did not know when we would be needing her services. However, Laura was very interested in learning about the personalities and habits of our furry children going so far as to make notes. Within a few days after our meeting we needed to call upon Laura as a family member passed away in Iowa. Laura was ready to step in. Our dogs have always been kenneled when we traveled so we were apprehensive about having a stranger come in to our home. I believe Laura could sense that. She took time to send us text messages almost daily and even sent photos of the dogs. As questions came up, Laura never hesitated to contact us. As it turned out, we were out of town 12 days returning to happy, healthy dogs. We will definitely contact Laura next time we are in need to dog care. She is a gem!

We went to visit family for 10 days and we were very worried about our very timid blue heeler. We were extremely fortunate to find Laura. She was able to get Firefly out of her shell quickly which helped us to enjoy time with our family rather than worry about our fur babies. Laura walked Firefly 2x daily, fed both she and our cat and kept our cat's box clean. She also watered my dying hydrangea. She was always prompt to answer any texts we sent her. We returned to happy animals and a clean home. In the end it comes down to responsibility, trust and love and Laura was all three. We will definitely hire her again the next time we go out of town.
