- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, my new customers are found via referrals or through Google search and are offered a free estimate. After looking in detail at my customers needs I send my findings and suggestions via email, discuss over the phone or in person the project and the options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
23+ years of invaluable field experience accompanied with licensing classes, supplier/product training classes to keep up with the latest technology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Many moons ago, I was introduced into the trade and found it not only excelled in it, but enjoyed the work. Starting my own business was a dream I had, and am truly blessed to have been successful in reaching my goals.
