- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent and fair pricing. Every project is custom-built to fit your needs, so costs can vary based on design complexity, materials, and site conditions. We offer itemized estimates to help you clearly understand where your investment is going. Occasionally, we offer seasonal promotions or discounts. For example, on full remodels or when bundling multiple services like pool remodeling and landscaping. There are no hidden fees, and any potential additional costs (such as permit-related fees or hard dig situations) are discussed upfront with full transparency. Let us know your budget and goals, we’ll work hard to offer the best value without compromising quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation – We start with a conversation to understand your needs, goals, and budget. This can be done over the phone, through email, or in person. 2. On-Site Visit – We meet at your property to assess the space, take measurements, and discuss ideas in detail. This helps us provide accurate recommendations and pricing. 3. Design & Estimate – We develop a detailed proposal and, when needed, provide 2D or 3D design concepts to bring the vision to life. The estimate will break down costs clearly, including any upgrades or optional items. 4. Review & Revisions – We go over the proposal together, answer questions, and make adjustments if needed until everything aligns with your expectations. 5. Contract & Materials – Once approved, we sign the contract and finalize material selections like tile, finishes, turf, etc. 6. Scheduling & Permits – We handle the permit process (if applicable) and keep you informed every step of the way. We’ll schedule the project and provide a realistic timeline. 7. Construction – Our team begins the build with a focus on quality, communication, and professionalism throughout the entire process. 8. Walk-through & Final Touches – Once work is complete, we do a final walk through with you, make any needed adjustments, and ensure you’re 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings a strong foundation of hands-on experience combined with formal training across multiple trades. We’ve successfully passed the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) exams, ensuring we meet state licensing requirements for residential and commercial construction. In addition, we’ve completed specialized training with industry-leading vendors in hardscaping, masonry systems, and decking products. We’ve also worked alongside engineers on structural builds and received training in smart automation systems, including pool controls, lighting, and irrigation technology. We stay current with best practices and product innovations so we can deliver high-quality work that meets both code and customer expectations.
