MotherEarth Healer says, "From Carmine to Rachel to Randy, and the 2 teams of workers, everything went beautifully (the first one was extra awesome doing the tile (Im sorry I cant recall his name, grrrr) and all that chipping, etc), really fantastic guys. Respectful of my dogs. Second team loved my cats. I love animal lovers like this crew. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with. We chose pebble tec to re-surface our diving pool with, and its looking wonderful. We also had them give us a Baja shelf for the dogs to have easier access, which turned out great as well.We are over the moon with our new pool, and look forward to using it this summer. We are grateful to Pool Innovations for the. best. experience. ever.Extra shout out to Randy for going above and beyond!"See more

Jim S. says, "From the very first meeting at my home, Nick listened to everything that I had to say and understood exactly what I was hoping to accomplish. When it was all said and done,Everything and I mean everything,far exceeded my expectations. I usually get 3 to 4 estimates for different parts of a project, but this one took me seven. I had other Pool companies that were supposed to get started and then changed pricing structure last minute and so I moved on. By sheer dumb luck, I found Nick who wasn’t just the best man for the job,he went far and above what any contractor would have done to help me reach my dreams and vision that I had hoped for in my backyard. Of the other six contractors that I met with, none of them brought up half of the things Nick did which happened repeatedly. Nick showed me what pricing really should be on so much of the project which I greatly appreciate. It’s not just about money, it’s about dealing with someone who actually has integrity and wants to be a part of your project. He’s a family man with three daughters and enormous amount of responsibility. He’s a man with a good soul and showed that every day he came by my home to work or when we communicated through text. Many contractors might be technically sound, but only Nick put his heart and soul into this like it was very own. I could go on and on but the very best advice that I could give to anyone, would be to meet with Nick and talk to him about what you really want to accomplish in your backyard. Please find a series of daytime/nighttime photographs of my completed project. My backyard looks like a personal resort."See more
