- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a monthly management fee of 6-8% of the rent collected. We also charge a leasing fee of $750.00 to rent to a new tenant on a 12-month lease.

We start with a phone consultation and the onboarding process begins once we have decided that our business is a good fit for the client.

Ongoing continuing education and professional classes with the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
