After helping friends and family become successful in their own properties I have decided to branch out and offer my services to the community. I focus on what guests are looking for. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started listing my own property after deciding suddenly to move to California from Arizona. My husband is a stand up comedian and after purchasing our first home in Arizona in 2018 we decided to move to California. My husband brought the idea of Airbnb to me instead of doing a traditional renter. I did my research and purchased a few books and listed our home. It did great and we made our move to California. Since Covid hit we decided to move back to Arizona. After having such success we decided to get additional properties and start a vacation rental business. Now I have also expanded to helping other owners manage their vacation rentals.
