One of the best experiences I've had with a roofing contractor or possibly any contractor. The process from bid to billing was smooth as silk via the system they use. Absolutely fantastic work replacing the underlayment on our roof. Everything went exactly as planned and on time. Everything was cleaned up daily. Price was very competitive and all of their staff were terrific. I highly recommend Eco Roofing!

We recently bought a house and our inspector had pointed out a couple of broken tiles and issues with the flashing in his inspection report. We initially reached out to a roofing contractor and got a quote of $450 so we thought we will give it another try and found Eco roofing solution on Thumbtack. Mike was able to review our roof and confirm that the tiles had a small chip and didn't actually n need replacement immediately. He also confirmed that the flashing were good and need no fixing. Mike was able to do all this on initial inspection and did not charge anything for these service. We definitely appreciated Mike for his honesty on the condition of the roof and his professionalism. We would definitely hire Mike and Eco roofing solutions in the future and would recommend it for anybody looking to have their roof inspected.

My go to person was Mike Livingston, he was the actual person who came to my home and inspected my roof and gave me a run down of what was the issue although I had already had someone come last year to inspect. I needed the job to be done before a specific date and he was able to get that scheduled before. Any questions that I had and emailed or texted him he got back to me the same day and was able to answer all my questions which was very very helpful. I also had to contact Aimee Veros to get the scheduling planned and payment done. Aimee was also very helpful in answering my questions and helping me with whatever I needed. Since this was my first time contacting someone in regards to getting my roof repaired I was actually very glad I went with Eco Roofing Solutions. They have very nice and informative people working for them so I would like to say THANK YOU!!! for making my first experience in something major into something I can be thankful for. Thank you Mike and Aimee for all your help! very much appreciative. :)

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our CEO is a third generation roofer in Arizona so you could say he was born into it. After many years in the field working on the roofs and completing various certification programs for different types of systems, it was clear that it was his passion.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best, and sometimes only line of protection the customer has, is to make sure the contractor has an active roofing license. Them having a license ensures that you’re protected by the Registrar of Contractors. You also want to make sure they are insured with General liability and workmans comp. after that, make sure you have a clear understanding about the scope of work being done. Compare it with the other bids and don’t be afraid to ask questions if it’s not clear. It’s not about finding the best price, it’s about finding the best value. The best quality work with the best warranty for a fair price. You get what you pay for and if you think hiring a good roofer is expensive, try hiring a bad one.
