What an amazing company! Loved how professional, prompt and honest the workers are!
I found a leak in my hallway ceiling on a Sunday afternoon. Found Gold Crown Roofing on Thumbtack and requested service. Within an hour someone got back to me and said they could be at my house first thing the next morning.
They showed up on time, were very friendly and did their due diligence. They got up in the attic as well as on the roof to confirm where the leak was coming from. They gave me their honest opinion on how bad things were and informed me they would provide me a quote on the patch repair as well as a quote on what it would cost to replace the roof. They did not disappoint…shortly after they left I got an email with 4 different quotes and options for roof repair. The prices were a lot less than I was anticipating! They even did a follow up a few days later.
I will definitely be using Gold Crown Roofing for my roof repairs and replacement!

Gold Crown was able to provide me an estimate same day. Skyler was on time and professional despite there being storms and snow in Phoenix that afternoon. He reviewed the areas of concern on the termite report that our Buyers had ordered as part of their inspection period. Per his detailed review he honestly told me that the eaves / fascia board were in good shape did not show signs of dry rot and that he did not recommend repair / replacement. It was so refreshing to get an honest opinion that did not require me to pay for unnecessary repairs. If I find myself ever needing a roofing company again I'll take my business to Gold Crown due to the professionalism, responsiveness, and honesty. Overall, it was a great experience!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing. Quality is an essential ingredient to our success. One thing we will not do is sacrifice the quality of our work for cheap prices. Our number one goal is to install the best quality roof at the best possible price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each roof needs to be inspected in order to give an accurate quote. From there, its very simple; we'll send over an estimate via text and email with multiple options. The customer can decide which option to choose based on their specific needs. If they go with us, we'll schedule an install date(s) and complete the project in a timely manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out my roofing career on the distribution side. This allowed me to work closely with manufacturers as well as contractors to see the entire supply chain and understand products in depth beyond what is necessary. From there I decided to go and work on the contracting side as a salesman, then decided to start my own. I am a certified contractor by the Tile Roofing Institute.
