Our shingle roof needs maintenance. Sosa Roofing does end to end maintenance service to our roof. They arrived on time, patched all the exposed nails and areas where water can penetrate, and replaced shingles with closest matching ones. They cleaned all the gutters that was clogged due to tree leaves, granule runoff, etc. Even when I was not at home, they cleaned up the areas around the house of all the dirts/materials that were blewed from the roof. Overall, really happy with the service.

I needed a new roof and a leaky 2nd story deck fixed. Brian was very attentive. He was always available to talk to and responsive to texts right away. Since I was not on site, he texted me pictures of the progress and of the finished jobs. I would highly recommend him.

The Sosa Roofing employee repaired the damaged area but noticed another problem area and fixed that also. When he arrived, I pointed out another problem and he addressed that also. He was very courteous on arrival, very professional, finished the job quickly. The price was very reasonable which was significantly less than my deductible so I didn't have to file a claim. I would recommend Sosa Roofing to anyone who has repair needs to their roof

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go on the roof and look around to see the damage done to the existing roof, take various pictures from different angles to capture damage. I write up a report and give it to the homeowner with what needs to be done and all the pictures.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been roofing from a young age and I have had experience from working with different journeyman. I am a licensed contractor & roofer as well.
