FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fischer NetLink believes in straightforward, transparent pricing. Most of our services are offered at a flat rate so customers know what to expect before the work begins. We focus on recommending only the service or equipment that is actually needed—no unnecessary upgrades or surprise charges. Any additional costs, such as extended travel or work outside the original scope, are discussed with the customer before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to the customer and understanding exactly what problems they’re experiencing. From there, I evaluate the existing internet and network setup, test connectivity and Wi-Fi coverage as needed, and identify the likely cause of the issue. I then explain what I found in easy-to-understand terms and recommend the most practical solution. Once the work is completed, I verify that everything is functioning properly and make sure the customer understands their setup before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Electrical Technology along with many years of hands-on experience in the cable and internet industry. My background includes working with internet and network equipment, troubleshooting connectivity issues, understanding signal and wiring systems, and helping customers resolve technology problems. This combination of formal education and real-world industry experience is the foundation behind Fischer NetLink.
