Eric came through in a pinch. We needed someone onsite, same day on a Friday afternoon. Not only was Eric there, but he was able to troubleshoot with our remote Admin to setup a temporary fix and restore connectivity to our site.

The Geeks at Best Buy are worthless!
I hd an internet problem-no internet, and couldn't come to fix it sooner than 4 Days. I call My Admin and Eric came to my house to fix the problem. while fixing Century link had a power outage and wouldn't come back for 48 hours. Eric immediately hardwired a personal hot spot device so that in the interim, till internet service was back online as a result we had interim internet service so we could use our computers and smart TVs. As soon as the outage was resolved I call Eric and he was back at my house within 3 hours again and finished my router/modem problem for no extra charge, I should also mention that he did not charge me extra for the personal hotspot device he set up.
I had a great experience using my Amin and I can't say enough about Eric and the service i received. My Amin is my goto tech company when I need technical support or have a problem with my tech devices!

I try to keep pricing low and competitive. - I offer discounts on pre paid blocks of hours. - willing to quote jobs flat rate - 2 hour Minimum Please know - Thumbtack charges me a variable fee to connect with you - I pay taxes to Arizona to be a licensed business - I have insurance and am more than happy to add you as a COI - I have wear and tear on my vehicle to come to you as a field engineer I know i'm not the cheapest , but I am the Best :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
new customers are always welcome I am happy to listen and ensure I understand the issue. we can also create a ticket for your issue to track status to resolution!
