- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am competitive, fair, and a value! I am a small family-owned and operated business with minimal overhead. We don't rent a space, and all of the work is performed IN-HOUSE - I might hire a helper now and then if the event needs it, but that usually isn't the case. I am ALWAYS concerned about ensuring your event has EVERYTHING it needs, and you can COUNT on getting the best bang for your buck with me! Message me to start the conversation
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take the time to get to know you a bit! No matter what service you are inquiring about, there is a peice of YOU in that project! I aim to make sure I am helping you make that vision for your project a complete and total success! - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended COUNTLESS hours of training and am CONSTANTLY researching ways to get better at everything I do. Education has been NONSTOP for me since I first picked up an instrument at 13. I'm still the same today! Whether learning tools of the trade, new technology, or developing new techniques and approaches, I am always on a quest for knowledge I can put to good use!
