My coaching packages require a minimum commitment of 3 months working together. Real change requires real commitment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with me for a complimentary discovery session. We create a crystal-clear vision of what you want, uncover hidden obstacles; and how coaching can get you what you want. Long-term coaching engagements are once per week sessions for 3 or 6 months.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Stacey Boehman of The Lifecoach School coach training . I am skilled in creating rapid, massive success for my clients. I am also a certified holistic nutritionist with Energetic Health Institute.
