Julio knows customer service! He went well beyond the call of duty by helping me even before taking the job. Basically Julio knows what it means to help clients outside there own scope of expertise. If his guidance to fix the problem worked, he wouldn’t have to come out, and my problem would’ve been solved w/o spending a dime to him. It turns out it became more than what was causing the leak was much more challenging then expected, and that is when it was time to call him in to fix the leaks! He was prompt in his replies and delivered on his promise. I would recommend Your Irrigation Guy to everyone! Thanks Julio!

I sent a request and within 30 minutes he replied. He came same day and repaired leak. He explained everything and put dirt and rock back. His price was extremely fair. I would use him again.
