Ron transformed my pool into a beautiful, inviting space for my Airbnb. It has never looked this blue, clear, and guest-ready. He also went above and beyond by identifying a cracked manifold in the filter pump and replacing it, as well as replacing the salt system cartridge after discovering it had not been working properly. My previous pool service had recently charged me $600 to replace the filters and never even noticed the cracked manifold. I’ve been very happy with Ron so far—he came out several times to make sure everything was running properly before my guests arrived. I truly appreciate his responsiveness and attention to detail. I will remember Ron finding time out of his schedule to fix an issue with my pool feature over the weekend. Though the parts was not readily available he came out with an idea of how to fix the issue quickly as I was running out of time over the weekend party. I am so happy with him that I hired him twice in a span of a week and will hire him again for any of my pool needs.

Our pool needed draining and an acid wash, plus we were having pump maintenance issue. Prompt answer to our call, Ron came the next day to fix the pump issues and the day after to do a great job draining followed by acid washing the pool.

We found ourselves with a busted pump and and a green pool right at the start of pool season.. we hopped on a few platforms and requested recommendations.. several people responded, we had a few come over.. but once we met Ron we knew we found our guy!
Ron was personable, knowledgeable and took the time to put us at ease and come up with a plan. In under a week our pool had a new energy efficient pump and sparkling clear water!!!! He gave us ALL the pricing up front, so we weren’t surprised by extra charges after the repair for phosphate treatment, to get rid of algae, the algicide cube to keep it all away and he threw in a free filter cleaning, to protect the system and keep the algae gone and our pool running smoothly and healthy. We are going to use 1104 Pools for our weekly service as well! We have high hopes that we have found our forever Pool Partner in Ron at 1104 Pools. I’ll post an update on the weekly service in a month or two!
