John responded to my request immediately and came out that day to inspect my pool issues. After he tested the water, I was shocked on how out of balance the chemicals were. Even though I had weekly service by another company. Going forward I have cancelled the current pool company and will go with WayMaker going forward.

I wish I could choose all 5 categories to leave for John at Waymaker Pools. Very professional and transparent. The pool industry can be very misleading, but John took time to explain to me the areas of concern with my pool. He was reasonable with his pricing and again transparent. He came over the same evening after we agreed on pricing to drain my pool. Was at my home early the next day to start the work. Can't back over after my pool was filled to do the startup. My whole family think the pool looks better than when we first bought the house. John has a customer forever. Please don't just consider Waymaker Pools for all your pool needs, just pull the trigger and go with them. You will be very happy that you did. Thanks John!
