- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat free pricing for IRS problem resolution and tax preparation services
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For tax preparation services I do client intake on the phone. I set up an appointment to go over tax records either in person at my office or they are sent to me on the secure portal and I review them over the phone with the client. Once the tax returns are prepared they are delivered to the client on the secure portal. In addition, engagement letters and credit card authorizations are sent to clients via docusign for digital signatures. For IRS problem resolution -Client intake is done on the phone or in person. I then set up an appointment to review the IRS letters or tax records and I present the relief options during the initial meeting. Fee is also quoted during the initial meeting. All documents are either given to me in person or uploaded to the secure portal (depending on client preference). I take over the IRS correspondence once I am hired and clients do not need to deal with the IRS. As the case progresses, clients are kept informed on a regular basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CPA licensed in AZ and CA . I have been in the Tax Services industry for over 12 years working on simple to complex tax matters including domestic and international tax compliance and IRS problem resolution. I help individuals and businesses (S Corp, C Corp, LLC's, sole proprietors) with tax filings. I am also experienced in handling collection cases including resolving IRS notices, penalty abatement, installment agreements, innocent spouse relief, IRS liens, levy, offer in compromise and other IRS problem resolution matters .
