- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer mostly flat free pricing for tax preparation services and bookkeeping services so that my clients know the cost upfront. There are few projects for which I charge hourly rate depending on the nature of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do client intake on the phone to see if I am the right fit . Based on the initial conversation I provide the quote for our services immediately. Once we decide to move forward, onboarding and document exchange is done electronically on a secure portal including invoice payments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CPA licensed in AZ and CA . I have been in the Tax Services industry for over 17 years working on simple to complex tax matters. I help individuals and businesses (S Corp, C Corp, LLC's, sole proprietors) with tax and bookkeeping services.
