- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is at the low end for a reason. Everyone is hurting because of the high inflation. If your a single parent and uave 2 kids that can reach the tv sitting on a stand on an entertainment unit. I do offer 10% discount for seniors and military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep the customer involved. I explain what im doing and why.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Because I have been doing this for 20 years. I will call it on the job training. I also a subject matter expert in network services amd wireless.
