FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are competitive with the rest of the Phoenix valley and our clients are constantly blown away by what they get for the price. We do not offer packages for the sake of being flexible for our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers! First, we like to get on a call whether it's over Zoom or Phone, and get to know our prospective client - What they do, how they do it, the inside scoop of their business model, all that good stuff. Second, we will determine the video solutions that will work best for them to deliver the desired results. Whether they are trying to grow their social media, target direct leads, provide material for internal employees, and much more. Then, the pre-production starts. Depending what you need, we can write scripts and start storyboarding so you can see the vision before we even shoot. When the vision on paper is matching what you want, then we will go forward. The production. We like to show our clients everything we do to get the product they desire. Whether that's communicating what we're doing during the shoot day or sending progress video drafts in the editing process. We do this so that the client isn't left in mystery about where their hard earnt money is going.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, Troy Lucia, the head videographer, have been doing professional video work for companies for over 4 years after dropping out of film school shortly before getting my degree. Within that short time, I was getting acquired to run video operations for businesses pulling 100m+ in revenue a year. I realized that my potential shouldn't be hindered by corporate salaries and decided to start my own company, Lost Footage Productions.
