- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 36 dollars a hour and if a part is needed or its going to take longer than one day i will only charge for diagnosis and installing the new part and making sure drivers are ok which only takes 5 hours total maximum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well i would like to have them sign a piece of paper or e-sign a pdf stating that i will not tamper, sell and or harm they're computer in any way. (since i am running this out of my apartment i want to make sure the customer feels comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been building and repairing computers since i was 10 years old informally of course but ive done it enough im pretty confident that the customer will be satisfied.
