Introduction: I have been in the construction industry for over 35 years, and this past three years working for a company wouldn’t give me the opportunity to work things out or help customers that needed to work things differently either because they needed to adjust their budget or needed an installation that would acomódate with their space and time but because company policies I wasn’t able to work out things with out getting in trouble with my company , I like to go a 100 % and more in my jobs and to me quality and customer service it’s the main goal when I’m giving a service, I consider plumbing ,hvac, Electricity as main priority needs and that they should be attended the same day when the customer call, and being able to give the customer your contact information for warranty of the job and seen a satisfied customer is something that gives me peace and own satisfaction since using my skills to help others has always been my passion.

Juan was so flexible and willing to help with any plumbing needs. He provided EXCELLENT service. There were things I asked him to do that were not included in the original scope of work, and he was more than willing to run to the store to get the supplies he needed (late at night) to complete that work as well. He is also very reasonably priced. I plan to use his services again very soon.

It was a good service experience , he was there when he said he was going to be, he made sure there was no other problem besides the water heater leaking and found out the reason why it was leaking, in about an hour and a half we had hot water and a new water heater installed in a very professional way with no problems a all and did everything he said he was going to do on his proposal, I would recommend my tio’s juan plumbing and hvac very highly

Quickly replaced my 50 gal natural gas heater that was leaking. Most places I was quoted over 1500 and they were backlogged a few weeks. I was able to get the replacement for 1300 the following morning labor included.

Juan was recommended to me by a long-time friend of mine, that had just had a water heater replaced himself. I had already called a few companies for quotes/info and was surprised at the lack of customer service or value that I had found thus far. I called My Tio Juan, and that was the last call I needed to make. He responded almost immediately and knew exactly what needed to be done to replace my prehistoric water heater, quickly and efficiently. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to comunícate with the customer , try to listen to the problem they are having , find out Wichi is the best way for the customer to resolve the problem, with out spending a whole lots of money because at the end I’m a resident owner also and I become a customer of a lots of services and I understand that when something brakes it’s an unexpected expense and can be sometimes hard so I always try to work with the customers
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a about ten years of experience on residential maintenance,and about 30 years of general construction experience, I am a certified Hvac technician with a degree on Electromechanics and electricity I have been a plumber for the last 8 years
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working as an appliance repair technician, then I noticed that Plumbing and Hvac was very demanded in The Valley area, so I got trained as a plumber and stared to attend school to get certified on Hvac and Electromechanics
