- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm more around the low end to medium of pricing. If I see that someone is kinda struggling then I'll always try to help out as much as possible and go that extra mile because honestly, in todays economy, who isn't struggling?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do what I can to earn their trust and keep it. I will offer discounts and breaks as reasonable as possible and sometimes even offer free work if I can't personally help. I tend to perform work at more of a personal level with my customers and lean towards earning their trust for life rather then get paid and get out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my experience has been through hands on learning and mastering more of "what not to do" rather than what to do on some tricky job sites. Over 24 years of personally being the guy who doesn't give up no matter how bad the job may be because in the, getting my customers up and going is truly rewarding.
