- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We specialize in building custom, yet affordable websites for small business that are mobile friendly and easy to manage. We aim to build your site in a timely manner with functionality that serves you, and get you comfortable adding new content to your site. We can handle the entire job for you from start to finish, or anything in between. We can secure a domain name, design and development of the website, to launching it on the web.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start by having them provide an overview of their business, or what it is that the website will be promoting. We then like to have a content and design talk, and see if they have any content, photos, etc... that they have to include in the site. Then we will design the site, and periodically have the customer view the site to ensure that they approve on the design and content. Once we are finished and get the final approval, we can then assist to get the website live.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IT professionals with 11 years of relative experience. My partner and I have designed and developed numerous websites using WordPress. We have designed websites for both businesses and personal sites. Our typical customer is small businesses.
