FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the nature of this work, the prices quoted are entirely negotiable. The prices quoted are for customer selected Grants/RFPs. For Grants and RFP/Proposal Responses and are fixed price based upon the estimated word count. Should the customer desire, I also can do a preliminary review which includes a synopsis of the project, customer eligibility for award for a small ($30-$50) fee and then provide an overall project price. Should you decide from the review that it is a good fit and go forward with the project this fee is included in project cost. If you decide not to move forward based upon the review, only the preliminary review price is applicable. Should the project require research to identify qualified opportunities, a separate $22 hourly fee can be negotiated to identify potential qualified opportunities in addition to the project fee. ALL FEES ARE NEGOTIABLE
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer and myself agree on a time to discuss the project and further define project scope and finalize pricing and payment schedule on the phone or via email which will result in a contract signed by both parties. Constant contact is maintained remotely throughout the life of the project or projects.
