Cosmically Embodied serves and I love living and breathing into the creativity of spritual discipline and flow of life. My focus is on yoga hatha slow flows focusing on alignment and building strength and flexibility as well as somatic style yoga sequences where the movements are extremely small and gentle for relief as well as restorative yoga. I offer yoga on its own however my main offering is to use asana yoga flows (intense static holds) as the warm introduction to prepare you for beautiful restorative yoga Nidra guided meditation sessions with optional sound or no sound. All sessions are met with focus on sacred sound infused throughout to balance the body mind and spirit with healing vibrations. Optional offering : Use of vocal sounding and toning as well as tuning forks and crystal bowl. At this time, I travel to the client mostly in their own comfortable “nest” set up. I am joyed to assist you in connecting to your body, consciousness, peaceful and expanded mental states.
