Reached out for a quote to replace 20+ year old water softener system. Flow Tech responded immediately and set up an in-person estimate within a few hours. Aaron was able to complete the job same day with new system installed and haul away of the old system. Estimate was very close to others, but responsiveness and scheduling was superior.

My husband and I messed up when we tried to install our shower handle. Aaron came to the rescue. He was prompt as promised. When he got to the door, he read our sign "Life is full of choices. Remove your shoes or mop the floors." Most people don't take it seriously. I didn't expect him to either, so I had disposable booties ready for him. But being the professional and polite guy he is, he ran back to his van and got his own booties. He did a great work. He made sure everything was installed correctly and greased the parts good so that they last longer. He also went above and beyond to install my new shower heads and used his own towels to prevent the shower stall from getting dirty. Wow. What great service! I'll definitely be asking him to work on my sink project next. I've been putting it off for years due to fear of bad workmanship from people I don't know. But now I found someone I can trust. Thank you, Aaron!

Tyler and Aaron showed up on time. Super friendly! A text notification was send with a picture of Tyler, which was super nice to see who was coming to do the work. Assessed the situation with our replacement garbage disposal, which was the wrong one... went and purchased the new one for us! (That was great.) they were back in a jiffy and got to work. They explained everything they were doing and why. Super professional. Installed quickly and cleaned up after they were done. Nice price too. Small family business, no crazy upselling either. Thank you Tyler and Aaron!
