Quick response, once estimate was approved they were out within four hours. Lower pricing than comparably-reviewed pros with longer installation warranty. Would hire again.

Reached out for a quote to replace 20+ year old water softener system. Flow Tech responded immediately and set up an in-person estimate within a few hours. Aaron was able to complete the job same day with new system installed and haul away of the old system. Estimate was very close to others, but responsiveness and scheduling was superior.

The estimate and the scheduled time to arrive for repairs were poor. The tech was late for the estimate and hours later than the scheduled time to get the repairs done. Otherwise, everything was great!
