I called Polar Bear Plumbing and Johnny answered right away. He gave me a very fair quote over the phone, which I really appreciated for its honesty and clarity. He came over quickly, spent more time than expected making sure the issue was fixed properly, and even pointed out potential problems I should watch for in the future. Everything was straightforward and easy, and best of all he stuck to his original quote. Excellent service, honest pricing, and fast response. Highly recommend!!I attached some pictures of him working to fix up an antique toilet and him checking all the lines from the roof. Talk about thorough !!

He came out on very short notice, late in the day, to help me assess a potentially unsafe situation in a home I had just taken possession of.He was incredibly kind, thorough, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I understood his findings. During what has been an incredibly stressful situation, I genuinely felt taken care of, informed, and supported.Im so grateful for his willingness to help me on such short notice and for the care he put into his work. Our experience with Johnny at Polar Bear Plumbing was great. He came out to take a look at our toilet and our garbage disposal, and we really appreciated his transparency when he told us no immediate fixes were needed for either issue.While many contractors might've tried to sell us on an unnecessary fix, Johnny's honesty earned our respect and our business. My service fee is applied credit towards the Repair if hired and I offer a 10% military discount
