Jonathan did a great job! He showed up on time and explained the entire repair process for my water heater. There were no surprises (which was a relief trying to get a repair on a budget). I recommend anyone who needs any plumbing project, second opinion or has any questions about their pipes give Polar Bear a call. Ill be reaching out again for our new build install when we head to Surprise!

I called because my faucet on the side of my house has been leaking and last night was the end of the leak, and the beginning of the flood. It finally burst, and Johnny was recommended by my neighbor. He came out and helped me take care of a problem id been looking at and ignoring. 1000% recommended and he shows up when he says hes going to, which since i have a busy schedule as it is made it super easy for me to take care of this. If youve ignored your plumbing leaks or issues, just give polar bear plumbing a call before it bursts like mine. Thanks again Johnny!

Johnny was a great pick for me on Thumbtack. He was on time, actually early, which for me is great. He was very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. He let me know exactly what needed to be done and he charged a very fair price for it. I’m planning on having him fix another plumbing issue. If anybody needs a plumber, he’s your guy.
