JJ is awesome!! He was originally only going to clean three rooms in my house, but then he threw in the hallway for free, AND cleaned the stairs for only $20 more! He did such a great job!! The house looks AMAZING. I'm never ever going with a different carpet service again!

JJ did an amazing job on our carpets! We have an older cat who is a habitual over eater who likes to barf on the carpet. One room got pretty bad and I was sick of cleaning up the individual stains. We also have a toddler, 2 other cats and a dog. A full on zoo up in here.
I hired Ultimate Floor Care to take care of all rooms and we are very happy with the results. Everything is spotless and the house smells a thousand times better! JJ was super responsive which I really appreciated, excellent pricing and quick, efficient service.

I had Ultimate Floor Care come to my home to clean 4 bedrooms. The owner/tech was on time, pleasant and fast. He did a great job and in a little over an hour my carpets looked like new. It was amazing. I didn't get that result with the last carpetcleaner I had. The price was right and now I know I don't have to look up carpetcleaners in the future when I need one.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the room/area. A room/area is up to 300 feet. Any room or area over 300 feet is considered 2 rooms/areas. Everything I need to get your carpet as clean as possible is included in the price. Carpet protector is the only thing that is an extra cost but its optional. disclaimer- the price does not include moving furniture. I typically clean around furniture but I am more then happy to move any furniture necessary on request.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Regular vacuuming just wont cut it because vacuums are unable to reach down and lift the dirt and residue left behind from everyday activities. So what happens to that dirt? It stays there, helping to contaminate the atmosphere of your home or office. At Ultimate Floor Care, our qualified and experienced technicians are able to give you a thorough professional carpet cleaning, using the latest technology, with a customized approach. I'm now using new and improved methods of making your natural stone floors look better then ever! Highly trained and qualified to get your floors looking beautiful the natural way! No top coats or enhancers! I'll give it a natural shine using new and innovative techniques. I am also trained in on site area rug cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning. I have over 20 years of experience.
