- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For commercial and residential cleans, we do pricing based on square footage and frequency. Initial and One-Time only cleans are priced on the upper end of each square footage base rate. This is due to the fact that these cleans are always deep cleans. We do offer referral discounts. It should be noted that referral discounts are only redeemable after the referral has received and paid for their initial or one-time-only clean. There is a Mandatory deposit of 25% of the invoice for every clean. Loyalty customers who complete 6 months of service with no last minute cancellations or balances remaining 24 hour after services are rendered are eligible for a deposit waiver. Cancellations or Rescheduled services are accepted 48 hours before scheduled service. It should be noted that the Mandatory deposit will not be refunded and a $50 cancellation fee will added to the invoice if services are cancelled less than 48 hours of the scheduled service. It should also be noted that if the services are rescheduled, then the deposit is applied to the rescheduled service, but the $50 cancellation fee is still added to the invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recommend a physical or virtual walkthrough of the property; however, the customer can decline this free service. Walkthroughs help us give appropriate quote based on actual needs of services and square footage of the property. For new customers that decline the walkthrough, it is important to note that the job may be quoted on the upper end of the base rate since the site will be unseen.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2010, I moved to Arizona and worked for a cleaning company where we serviced both residential and commercial properties. I also worked briefly in a small hotel. Throughout the years, I've cleaned in grocery stores, restaurants/ cafes, a lounge, a compounding pharmacy, a retail pharmacy, AirBnBs, offices, and many types of residential properties. I genuinely get so much joy out of this work and love seeing the transformation of the properties after the jobs are complete as well as the positive feedback from the clients.
