Great experience. My cat was matted on his back. It was hurting him. He let her shave him but said no to a bath this time. This was his first grooming. He still went to her when he came back in so he likes her. I was very satisfied. I will use her again.

Victoria was punctual, responsible, professional & gentle with our cats, however, our one cat would not allow Victoria to complete the grooming. We should have had tranquil pills before she was groomed.

IF THERE WAS A SCALE FROM ONE TO TEN, I WOULD SAY NINE. WE PLAN ON CONTINUING USING HER TO GROOM OUR STANDARD POODLE AND LARGE GOLDEN DOODLE FOR AS LONG AS SHE IS AVAILABLE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND VICTORIA.
