as discussed the last time we spoke I offered to complete job and explained that my vehicle was problematic and cause for my absence also there is no reason for refund you did not pay for any of my labor you paid for the material that was left at your property which was purchased up front by me and if you had paid labor I would have no issues with working something out for that as far as code violations I’d love to get a little more info about that please ! unfortunately the job was not completed by me and i do apologize for the circumstances that have led to this dissatisfaction and can say this is the only time I have not finished my work!
