- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is straightforward and transparent. Bi-monthly service is $99 and quarterly service is $135. Both plans include rodent bait stations and a free one-time re-service between scheduled visits if needed. There are no hidden fees, and everything is explained upfront before any work begins. We also don’t raise the price on the first service like many companies do, and we don’t require contracts for general pest control. Contracts only apply to termite work, which includes a 3-year warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few questions to understand the issue, then perform a thorough inspection of the property. From there, I explain the findings, recommend a clear treatment plan, and move forward only after the customer is comfortable with the approach. Communication and follow-through are a priority from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve received industry-specific training and hands-on experience in pest control, along with ongoing education to stay current on treatment methods, safety standards, and state regulations. This ensures every service is performed correctly and responsibly.
