I requested Matt's services a little over a week ago, but he had informed me that he was recovering from Covid so he would be able to come to my property as soon as he was 100%. I truly appreciated his honesty in this regard, as I have a toddler, so we came up with a date that worked for us both. The entire time he was responsive and timely with his texts, and I could tell that he cared about my concerns, needs, and most importantly, safety. Matt arrived in a timely manner on our scheduled date. He began servicing my property for scorpions as we had discussed over the phone. He was extremely courteous and professional while carrying on about his work. After he was done, he had informed me that he also saw some ants hugging the exterior of my home (I was not aware of this) and he took care of them without an additional charge. I was very impressed with Matt's work ethic and professional manner. I could tell that he not only cares about the quality of his work, but also that his customers are satisfied with his work. I will continue using Matt's monthly service and would recommend him and his company to any of my family or friends.
