Speedy Check Garage Doors was fantastic to work with. They reached out within minutes of me putting in a request in the evening and were able to come out the very next day to replace my broken torsion spring and help address a few other repairs to get my garage door running smoothly again.
Kevin was great and very professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, walk through his recommendations, and never once pressured me into adding extra work. I really appreciated that he even showed me how to make a few minor repairs myself and explained proper maintenance to help avoid future issues.
What stood out most was that he was always looking for ways to repair existing hardware before suggesting replacement. Honest, knowledgeable, and great customer service all around. Highly recommend Speedy Check Garage Doors.

First, if I could check all the items above, I would. One of my garage door springs decided to break this past Sunday. I called A1 who I've used in the past and they told me that they could send a technician on Sunday without any extra trip fees. I asked if they could provide a budgetary quote but they pushed back and mentioned that the technician would assess the issue and then provide the quote. I had no commitment to use them if I didn't like the quote. In the meantime, just to make sure I wasn't getting overcharged, I contacted Thumbtack and requested a quote from other providers that received 5 star reviews. I received two companies that would come and not charge a trip charge. A1 shows up and the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He assessed my issue and provided a quote for 3 types of springs. The 2-year warranty springs cost over $600, the 5-year springs were over $1,000 and the lifetime warranty springs were a lot higher. I think my brain stopped listening after I heard the price for the 2-year springs. Needless to say, I thanked the A1 technician and decided on using Speedy Check because Kevin (owner) explained that he uses only USA made springs that are guaranteed for a full 7 years. Kevin showed up with his son Ethan. Kevin checked everything out and provided a quote of $500 for his 7-year warranty springs. He did an excellent job and even provided some extra maintenance services at no charge since he was using this service call to be a "training" session for Ethan. My review can not really express how satisfied I was with the service call, repair, quality, and overall knowledge and professionalism of Speedy Check. I will only use them for any future garage door repairs. If you need garage door service, please give them a call. Lastly, please continue to support family owned businesses.

I had a great experience getting my garage door motor repaired! They offered a fair price, provided inclusive service, and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. Speedy….Is there a better word for speedy? I don’t think there is, in this case.
If there were, these guys would need to change the name of their business.….when you think ‘time frame’ for getting your garage door fixed after reaching out to SEVERAL companies, you (or maybe just me, who knows.) think days….maybe, MAYBE the next day…ish. But I mean, same night?! SAME NIGHT PEOPLE….seems unheard of!
But these guys?
Nah. Not them. After several companies told me that they would come and give us an estimate tomorrow, the next day or day after that…. The “SPEEDY CHECK GARAGE” guys (see what I did there?!) said uh nope, we’ll come by TONIGHT. And they did just that…. but they didn’t just give us an estimate, they ALSO fixed my garage.
…..my garage that was broken mind you, 3/4 of the way down so EVERY. SINGLE. NEIGHBOR that drove by could see that my garage was full of stuff. JUST STUFF. It was so embarrassing….
BUT thanks to the speediness of the Speedy Check Garage guys, NO MORE EMBARRASSMENT!!!
Seriously though, these guys were great. They were super knowledgeable, efficient, insanely punctual, and they did a great job. I will absolutely hire them the next time that we need anything with our garage and YOU should too!!
