At State 48 Garage Doors, we believe in transparent, up-front pricing with no surprise fees. Every estimate is given on-site before work begins, so you always know exactly what you’re paying for. We offer free service calls, free in-home estimates, and financing options, including 0% interest for 12 months or no payments for 90 days on new garage door installations. All repairs include a warranty, and we never charge extra for honest advice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a quick diagnostic visit — often same-day. We inspect your garage door system, identify the issue, and provide clear repair or replacement options with upfront pricing. Once approved, our licensed technician completes the work on the spot (our trucks are fully stocked for most jobs). Every visit ends with a safety inspection, balance test, and tune-up to ensure smooth, quiet operation before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians complete extensive hands-on training at our in-house facility before ever entering the field. They’re trained in garage door mechanics, safety standards, smart opener technology (MyQ, LiftMaster, Genie, etc.), and manufacturer-specific systems. State 48 Garage Doors is licensed, bonded, and insured in Arizona (ROC #346937), and our technicians are background-checked and manufacturer-certified for your peace of mind.
