Can't say enough good things about Trident. They answered the phone before 8am and fit me into the schedule on the same day when our water heater unexpectedly decided to start leaking badly. We got a text message with a picture of our plumber and his background so we knew who to expect. We also got a call 30 min prior. Plumber was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. So without a previously scheduled appointment we had a new water installed by noon. Just outstanding service! Highly recommend.

I was extremely impressed with Trident from my very first interaction while requesting a quote for reverse osmosis water filter and water softener. They are unbelievably responsive, communicative, professional and understood when we needed to reschedule our appointment three times due to our new build home not being ready on time. They called the morning off of our appointment and then followed up by sending an informative biography via text of our technician. It was very personalized service from beginning to end! Our technician, Tyler, was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and kind. The entire process has been one of the best customer service experiences that Ive had in a very long time. I feel very grateful that our friends recommended them!
