Our water heater went out and was only a few years old. Trident did not install this water heater and their tech Tristan took the time and patience trying his best to try and have the water heater warrantied. It was a rheems water heater and he tried through home Depot, the manufacturer and a supply shop, just wasn't going to happen. On day two with no luck getting this water heater covered Trident replaced the water heater at no Xtra charge and for the price originally quoted which was just for labor. Tristan was awesome can't say enough about him, I felt bad for him he was on the phone and hauling this water heater around trying to get somebody to warranty it. Took so much time and he was chill. If it were me it would have drove me nuts. Tristan's customer service was above and beyond !!!!!! Thank u Tristen and Trident plumbing for the best customer service I have truly ever experienced!!!
