CMC does everything we can to make our customers happy. As with any business, we can’t make everyone happy . Mr. Hagedorn was so happy with all the work Christopher did, he actually wanted him to continue to work on his house for free. We agreed to do some level of work on his home but when he wanted us to pay for his backsplash tile and all the supplies that go into that we told him there would be a 50% deposit on any materials that CMC had to put out directly . Unfortunately, this was not good enough for him so we said that we would pay for his entire water mitigation restoration issue even though it is not CMC$ responsibility, but he would have to sign a release of liability, which is a reasonable request given he is asking us to spend thousands of dollars to reimburse for years of water issues. CMC does not accept responsibility for ALL of the water damage in Mr. Hagedorn’s home as there was existing water damage prior to CMC ever entering his home. Mr. Hagedorn is blaming CMC for not responding, but unfortunately early on CMC has tried, but we have been advised by Devon at Thumbtack support to not communicate directly with Mr. Hagedorn any further. We continue to receive Harassment, slander and bullying emails from the customer and we are wanting this to stop. Thank you
