- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because I don't know what materials would be needed, I try to base fees on an hourly basis of 40.00 dollars. I am always flexible with pricing to customers because if unknown variables. Which is normal in construction projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get the ideas of what they want done in a project and get to know them so they are comfortable with me working in their homes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is from the US military Civil Engineering school and a lot of hands on training in the civilian field.
